PE, seriously can't do shuttle run and standing broad jump ._.
problem is no longer my IPU. Zzz..
and wth, my sit and reach, supposedly to be the best, really sucks D:
i improve on this, and another thing will start to worsen.
Primary School: A for IPU! sit-ups just pass i think.
Secondary School: flunk my IPU, sit and reach ok! starts having problem with SBJ and shuttlerun.
JC: IPU improved (although not good, but better), sit-ups can actually ace. SBJ and shuttle-run still sucks, but sit-and-reach starts to worsen!

LOL can't i just have all 5items ok? ._.
seriously running 2.4 isn't a really big problem most of the time.
cos i can clocked in at around 14-15 minutes
but if im gonna flunk my 5items, and i can't get D.. then i would have to retake my 2.4 whole year round. like -.-

i forgot what i wanted to blog about.
